Network Setup Technology of a No-hard Disk Windows 98 Workstation Under Windows NT

Abstract

Under windows NT, to create a no-hard disk windows 98 workstation network system. There are two ways, the first way is to Setup no hard disk windows'95,and fix IE 4.0 or 5.0,then to replace the logo. sys of windows'98, as the result,an artificial windows'98 system is made; the second method is to Setup DHCP and PXE under the NT server with the help of windows' 98,and make net system a real no-disk-hard's windows'98 workstation.
