Abstract

Objective:To investigate the ginsenoside Re on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion apoptosis and Caspase-3 effect.Methods:30 healthy rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, ginsenoside Re treated group,n = 10,modeling of acute myocardial infarction.Re the treatment group before LAD ligation 10min sublingual intravenous Re 30mg/kg.Each group were sacrificed after 6 hours reperfusion, the number of apoptotic cells were detected and Caspase-3 activity. Results:The treatment group ginsenoside Re apoptosis index was significantly lower than model group(P0.05).Determination of Caspase-3 activity and protein expression index lower than the model group(P0.05).Conclusion:Ginsenoside Re in reducing ischemic reperfusion injury induced myocardial apoptosis, but also reduce the expression of Caspase-3.These results suggested that inhibition of ginsenoside Re Caspase-3 expression, may be inhibited ginsenoside Re acute ischemia-reperfusion injury induced by one of the mechanisms of myocardial cell apoptosis.
