Abstract
To analysis Content of trace elements(Al,B,Ba,Ca,Cu,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Na,Si,Ti and Zn) in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge from 7 sources in Guangzhou market. Methods: A method was developed for the determination of the trace elements by ICP-AES using microwave digestion. Results: The linear correlation coefficient of the content of 13 kinds trace elements was 0.999 5~0.999 9,the precision was less than 3.0%,and the recovery was about 94.8%~105.1%.Conclusion: This method was proved to be easily operational, rapid, and accurate, and can be adopted as the method of determining multi elements simultaneously.
