Abstract

Endocrine disorder of peripheral and/or central brain-gut peptide can affect functional activity of appetite center, and then influence food intake behavior. It's an important step in occurrence and development of infantile anorexia. In this article, we summarized mechanism of action of many appetite regulators found in recent years and pointed out that study on roles of appetite regulators in development of infantile anorexia would provide new basis for diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
