Abstract

In the multilateral trading agenda,the agreements and rules of WTO generally embody the interests of developed countries,and the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights(TRIPS)agreement is the materialization of the interests of developed countries in the area of intellectual property rights.The developed countries were endowed with freedom of shaping their policies of intellectual property rights in the early stage in its development.The implementation of the TRIPS agreement will have negative impacts on technology innovation of developing countries,and position them in the low technology level.
