Abstract
It must lead to tunnel heave deformation when making various foundation pits excavation above the operation tunnels. Taking the underpass project of Shanghai Dongfang Rd. and Zhangyang Rd. for example, the key factors influencing the operation tunnel deformation during the foundation pit excavation are analyzed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation calculation. Rebound deformation can be controlled by the friction performance of uplift pile to the surrounding soils. When the construction condition permits, the more sections are, the less tunnel heave deformation will be. Meanwhile, rebound deformation can be controlled by the limited construction as well.
