The Guidance and Regulation for Private Tourism Investment

The current Chinese tourism has formed a large industrial scale,and its capital structure has already been changed over from the dominant public ownership to the varied economic compositions.The private tourism investment has become a new force to develop Chinese tourism.In spite of the advantages of flexible mechanism,private enterprises also have some disadvantages such as disorderly investment,low effciency,neglecting enviromental benefits,etc.Governmental sectors need strengthen the guidance and regulation of such private tourism investment in terms of enviromental evaluation on new investment project and social collaborative services.
