Abstract
Using municipal tap water as the raw water and the NF membrane as the main process to produce direct drinking water, the removal effects of turbidity, trace organic pollutants, endocrine disrupting chemicals(EDCs) and inorganic ions were studied. The results show that NF membrane can effectively remove turbidity, trace organic pollutants and EDCs.The removal rates of inorganic salts and single inorganic cation or anion are the same as the standard desalting rate. The indexes of direct drinking water, such as TDS,CODMn,sulfate, fluoride, turbidity and so on can meet the requirements of the Water Quality Standard for Fine Drinking Water(CJ 94-2005),and the taste and safety are good.
