Abstract
In the construction of Guangxi Laibin Power Station, some construction methods were adopted, including underwater blasting foundation excavation, stone covering and leveling, building prefabricating, floating transportation and insertion, underwater concrete fixing and sealing, interface grouting to waterproof, tube hidden\|excavation and connection, and the technology named Buried Floating Box.The adoption of these methods not only decreases construction difficulties, reduces project cost, and ensure to finish all underwater construction work during one low water period, but also keep the project quality from influences of water level change. These methods develop a new technology area for the same kind projects.
