Acute Spinal Trauma Diagnosis and Treatment of Clinical Research

Objective To study the diagnosis of acute spinal trauma and surgical treatment of acute spinal trauma.Methods 34 cases of spinaltrauma patients with clinical and radiographic results were reviewed retrospectively,all using short-segmental pedicle screw posterior fixation group.After 1 month return visit to observe the recovery of fractures,nerve function according to Frankel score.Results In good postoperative recovery,frankel score has changed significantly.Conclusion Should refer to the choice of surgical methods in patients with type of fracture,internal fixation device characteristics,the appropriate surgical approach,the patient's recovery and reduce postoperative complications is of great significance.
