Studies on the Watershed Ecosystem Management Approach and Models

Watershed ecosystem management approach means that the watershed with clear boundaries was regarded as an ecosystem,and all of the components,process,functions and interactions were overall considered using ecosystem concepts and principles. In this paper the current situations and problems of watershed ecosystem management were studied,and several management approaches were proposed from watershed ecosystem process management,spatiotemporal scale changing,watershed ecosystem revolution,soil and water resources programming and watershed ecological economy comprehensive management. A few key process models including watershed ecosystem adaptive revolution model,distributed multi-scale process simulation model,watershed ecological economy optimization model,resources flow and value transmission model and multi-agent adaptive management model were established.
