Abstract

High strength casting aluminium alloy ZL107A is obtained by adding Mg, Zn, Cd, Ti and so on elements into ZL107 aluminium alloy of Al-Si-Cu system. Being heattreated with T5 system, typical mechanical properties of ZL107A are as follow: σb420 ~ 470MPa, σ0. 2 325 ~ 390MPa, δ54% ~6%, 145HBS. There for ZL107A is suitable for casting large type and high strength complicated engineering structures.
