Abstract
Desktop videoconferencing is a good method for multimedia communications to realize the information interaction or meeting between two places or more based on the marriage of multimedia technology and data communication technology.According to the in-troduction and analysis of current popular videoconferencing systems,a comparatively common videoconferencing model is presented,and the scheme is researched and designed.At last the prospect of future videoconferencing development is viewed.
