Abstract
As an important binary carboxylic acid in the industry,the application of the adipic acid is very extensive,and its synthesis methods have been received widespread concern.The traditional synthesis methods of the adipic acid have caused great destruction for environment.The synthesis of adipic acid using tungsten compounds as catalyst is a new green method,and have caused some attention.The research progress of the synthesis of adipic acid using tungsten compounds as catalyst in recent years is summarized in this paper,The different catalyst system have been analysed and compared,The prospects of the synthesis of adipic acid have predicted.
