Abstract
The pore structure of reservoir rocks has important effect to oil-gas seepage and waterflood efficiency. The fractal dimension can describe quantitatively the complexity and the heterogeneity of pore structure. The results show that the reservoirs are of singular(fractal dimension 2.690 7~2.814 0)and multiple fractal(fractal dimension 2.414 8~2.995 2) natures using fractal geometric formula with two parameters.By fractal dimension as the foundation, the complexity and the heterogeneity of pore structure can quantitatively be judged according to the permeability of contribution of pore throat.
