Urgent to be Solved Difficult Problem of Rice Planting Mechanization Developing Slowly in Double Cropping Rice Area

Rice planting acreage in double cropping rice area is nearly half of the national rice area,while the rice planting mechanization level is very low.Through the analysis of the reason for rice planting mechanization developing slowly in double cropping rice area,the measures are proposed to speed up development of rice planting mechanization level.These approaches are making sure rice seedling raising and transplanting are main rice planting technologies and settling problem against puzzles,tightening up the combination of agronomic and agricultural machinery in rice seedling and transplanting technology,accelerating developing applicable rice transplanter for double cropping rice area.
