An Empirical Research on the Relationship between Regional Industrial Structure Adjustment and Environment Pollution in Xinjiang Based on the Panel Data Model

On the basis of the panel data model,this paper conducts an empirical research on the relationship between the regional industrial structure adjustment and envenomed pollution in Xinjiang.The research findings tell us that regional industrial structure brought forth creative effects and fixed effects on the environment pollution significantly;such effects of industrial structure adjustment in northern part are much more than those in eastern and southern part and the regional variation appear greatly.In view of the empirical point,the ground work,which can keep the development of economy,society and environment coordinated and balanced,is to promote the environmental protection through tightening pollution control,actively pursuing licensing and total control of the sewage system and implementing pollution control tasks of key river basins,regions,cities and industry.
