Abstract
In allusion to the shortcoming of current methods for optimizing the reservoir characteristic level,an improved TOPSIS(Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) method is adopted to optimize the parameters.According to the analysis of problems in the traditional TOPSIS,entropy and vertical projection are used to improve the TOPSIS method, which can avoid not only the non-determinacy and optional judgments resulted from subjective opinions, but also the problem that coinstantaneous scheme may be ideal or not,so that it can improve its scientificity and rationality. The application indicates that the reservoir characteristic level optimized by the improved TOPSIS method is reasonable and feasible.
