Current status and prospect of the medical research ethics

Development of innovative medical technology and translational medicine has provided new vitality to the development of medicine.But at the same time,it also brings a series of social ethics and legal issues.The rise and development of biomedical ethics has spawned the formation of medical research ethics,a subdiscipline which aims to further discuss ethical issues involving human subjects in medical research.Today,the most important ethical issues are: the legitimacy,advance and ethics of a medical study protocol,awareness of the necessary of a medical research ethics review,ethical consideration for designing a medical research protocol,the risks and benefits information balance of medical research.In future,methods as followed will promote the development of medical research ethics,which are combining with international standards to strengthen the institutional construction and ethical review capacity building of an ethics committee,forming a professional ethical review team and jointing efforts of the academic organizations and societies.
