Abstract
Through searching a large number of documentations,the author analyzes and classifies the present situation of ordinary university sports teaching appraisal.It finds the traditional appraisal system obsolete,which is not suitable for the development of the new PE education.This paper studies the necessity and the feasibility of constructing the ordinary university sports teaching appraisal system and suggests that the appraisal system with modern education concept be built.
