Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of G-CSF in prophylactic treatment infusion 5-Fu chemotherapy induced oral ulcers.Methods G-CSF was applied to preventive treatment of oral ulcers on 5-Fu infusion chemotherapy patients.Results The degree of oral mucositis in study group was significantly lighter than the control group,and there were no adverse reactions.Conclusion G-CSF mouthwash can prevent the oral ulcers by infusion of 5-Fu chemotherapy.
