Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the immunization status and immune effect of hepatitis B vaccine in Henan Province.Methods:A randomized sampling survey was carried out.1 136 persons in all from EPI surveillance spot in Henan was investigated in year 2003 and 2004.Results:The vaccination rate of Hepatitis B vaccine,the anti-HBs positive rate and HBsAg carrier rate were 73.30% and 88.20%,56.02% and 69.70%,5.24% and 3.05% respectively in year 2003 and 2004.Conclusion:The training for EPI staff in village should be strengthened,and the service of grass-rods vaccination should be improved.
