On Agricultural Credit Supply and Efficiency Research

Because of the binary economy,rural capital formation insufficiency,and credit rationing behavior of the rural formal financial organizations,our country rural credit supply gap is comparatively large.With the time series model from 1978 to 2009,our rural credit supply efficiency is analysed by using Johansen cointegration test method.The results show that,our country rural credit supply gap is still very large.The majority of rural credit funds is allocated to the low-efficiency rural economy department,and our country still lacks the efficiency of rural credit supply.
