Clinical report of resonance-liposuction in extremities contour remodeling

Objective Summarize the operative techniques of resonance-liposuction for decrease the tissual lesion and improve effectiveness. Methods According to the requests of 86 patients,resonance-liposuction was performed for them on upper-arms(n=35) , thighs (n=30) and legs (n=21). It was that the volumes of anesthetic drugs and pure fat as well as the variations of body contour between preoperation and one to three months after operation in every area had been recorded. Results All the patients were satisfied with the results。The scale of the circumference in thighs that was decreased 3～12cm.In legs,that was decreased 2～8cm. In upper-arms,that was decreased 2～6cm. It is even skin appearance and without severe complications and bounce in the operative region. Conclusion Resonance-liposuction is a safe、effective body contour remodeling operation in extremities. Skillful operator is a very important element to successful operation.
