Abstract

Defines the housing rigid demand consisting of two parts,one part of it including the resettlement housing demand,the newlyweds housing demand,the increase of new migrants housing demand etc. which named the pure housing rigid demand,and the other part of it is the improvement of housing demand,measures the various rigid demand of housing in Shenyang,then analyzes the balance situation between housing supply and demand in Shenyang.
