Abstract
Objective: Study the choice of the treatments for the severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods: The cases of SAP in their hospital during 10 years were analyzed and were divided 5 groups into.Results:114 cases of SAP were treated in total.Among them ,there were 206 cases/times of complications and 26 (22.8%) cases of death. The most common cause of death of SAP was MOF(80.77%).The number of complication and death were 116 and 15 (30%);57 and 7 (18.42%);70 and 6(23.08%);103 and 16 (25.81%);53 and 4 (15.32%) in the drainage operation of early,late,open,close and non-operation group respectively. Conclusions:”Individualtreatment” principle should be adopted for SAP and the non-operation treatment deserves to be adopted for the first choice in early period of SAP.
