Abstract

This paper presents the countermeasures,which should be adopted by the China-capital banks after entering WTO and participating by taking advantage of the experiences of foreign capital banks for reference and integrating the management of Chinese capital banks.It will pay a guiding role in the finacial banking reform stepping into the world market.
