Abstract

Based on the innovation analysis of laboratory safety management system in colleges and universities,and the characteristics research of laboratory safety management in universities of Hong Kong and the United States,in view of the concrete practice of laboratory safety management of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University in recent years,the basic construction ideas of laboratory safety management system in colleges and universities of Mainland China were elaborated from six aspects,such asorganization,regulations protection,safety education,safety inspection,technical prevention,emergency response plan.
