Abstract
Eucommia ulmoides Oliv leaves were extracted at room temperature by 95% ethanol,acetone,methanol,ethyl acetate,and their antioxidant activities were determined by using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH·) method.The results showed that extracts which were extracted with different solvents have effect on DPPH radical scavenging,and the sequence of radical scavenging ability is 95% ethanol extracts methanol extracts ethyl acetate extracts acetone extracts.Extracts that were extracted with different concentrations of alcohol have effect on DPPH radical scavenging and the sequence of free radical scavenging activity is 60% 95% 30%(ethanol extracts) under the condition of 517 nm wavelength,0.33 mg/mL,30min.60% ethanol extracts were separated by macroporous resin,and 60% ethanol eluates were the biggest free radical scavenging activity on DPPH.
