Establishing the Ideal and Belief of CPC Members/Cadres During Construction of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

Building the socialism with Chinese characteristics is a great practice which over 1 billion of Chinese peoples are setting up the effort to develop under the leadership of CPC.In this practice the ideal and belief play the roles of the goal to pursue and the enormous mental dynamic to guarantee their efforts.To establish firmly the ideal and belief among party members especially the cadres is in relation to not only the development of individuals but also China's great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Nowadays most of the cadres as party members have firm ideal and belief,but part of them are questionable.Therefore,the only way is to explore the reasons why their ideal/belief is infirm,which appears in various forms and to different degrees.Then,we shall make efforts to help them in different ways with the intention to lead them to have resolutions to rise above their weak and waver.
