Abstract

Financial crime is the one with high incidence and high harmfulness.It is necessary to analyze the criminal policy by the way of historical analysis and comparative research.We should expand the financial crime circle;establish a strict criminal law net and relatively mild punishment In order to avoid the unrest of financial ecology,continuous and stable ways should be considered to make the criminal policy of financial crimes.
