Abstract
The paper introduces the necessary qualities of the engineering supervision,sums up the supervision reference in the construction process,indicates the quality control measures in the construction preparation,the construction process and the engineering acceptance phase,and points out the quality supervision and process monitoring should be improved and timely location and correction of quality problems be undertaken according all kinds of quality regulation,so as to ensure the engineering quality to adhere to the regulation.
