Abstract
The power consumption of government office building and large public buildings is about 22% in the total power consumption of national cities and towns,the per unit area power consumption is 10~20 times than common residential power consumption,the potential of energy-saving is huge.In this paper,the investigation of energy consumption and on the spot measurement was firstly carried out in an office building in Dongguan.Based on the results,characteristics of energy consumption were analyzed,and proposals for energy saving retrofit during operational conditions were discussed.
