Abstract
The negative influence to the environment caused by logistics activities turns worse along with the rapid development of economy,thus producing negative influence to sustainable development of society and economy.Carrying on an improvement to the logistics system in the angle of environment to form green logistics system is new logistics management trend in 21 century.This essay elaborates the three theoritical foundation of the green logistics,analyzing the present condition and problems of Chinese green logistics,and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to carry out green logistics in the angle of government and enterprises.
