Abstract
The fundamentals in the labor value theory of Marxism concern value determination, value composition, and value realization. Marxist classic writers have excellent discussions on the internal link of knowledge and technology and value creation. However, for a long time, the theoretical circle does not hold that knowledge and technology can create value and they have fallacies in understanding. This paper concludes that knowledge and technology create value after analyzing and discussing the bases on which knowledge and technology create value.
