Abstract
Objective To observe the changes of the basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) of different times effected by naloxone in ischemic brain of the rats and explore the mechanism of naloxone protective effect on cerebral ischemia.Metheods Ischemic rat model was replicated referring to Longa method, and then naloxone was applied to interfere.BFGF was tested by ELISA method. Results bFGF were significantly increased in the naloxone groups 12h or 24h after ischemic onset. Conclusion Naloxone has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia of rats by inducing the bFGF in brain.
