Abstract

Feeding rice field eel(Monopterus albus) for 8 weeks by rice field eel's formula diet that substituted equal nitrogen fish meal separately with meat bone meal by 0.0%,7.5%,15.0%,22.5%,30.0%,37.5%. The results showed that along with the increase of replacing amount of meat bone powder, the productivity of the rice field eel reduced gradually. But the replacing amount of meat bone powder within 22.5%,the rice field eel's productivity had no significant discrepancy. The content of the fish meal should not be lower than 30% in rice field eel's diet.
