There are diversified standpoints in academic circles concerning the demarcation of the capitalism stage. Some hold that the present capitalism is still national monopolistic capitalism, while others, based on economic globalization, believe that the present capitalism is international monopolistic In this article the authors think that localization is the essential support for the current capitalistic the relations of production to expand outward and therefore it is more appropriate to define the current stage of capitalism as regional monopolistic capitalism.
