Abstract

Through field research on the female village officers work situation in Jiangsu,Anhui Province by the questionnaire and interview method,this paper analyzed the active role of female village officers in the new rural construction.Female village official's outstanding contribution is closely related to 3 d support system which are self support system,family support system and social support system.
