Abstract
The paper has revealed the important basic position of agriculture countryside and farmers in our country,and embarked from the library objective and the function,points out the city level library and the county level library service agriculture countryside and farmers the goal with approaches.At the same time,threads up building new countryside subject,further completed the service to the city level library agriculture countryside and farmers to propose six aspects pondered.agriculture,farmer and rural area.
