Abstract

Firstly,this thesis discusses the mission of universities as well as colleges during the process of cultural inheritance and innovation.Then it explains the main principle that colleges should insist on during the process of cultural inheritance and innovation.Finally,this thesis carries out further investigation on aspects of purpose,content,forms and creativity of the cultural inheritance and innovation for colleges.
