The Historic Anthropology Comes into Being and Its Significance

It is in the criticism on anthropology ‘without chronognosis' that historic anthropology emerges. It has passed through three main important development stages on the whole. Although the academic origins of Chinese native anthropology are different, they do not discriminate against ‘historic' vision. In fact, historic anthropology criticizes and saves history. Its significance is that historic anthropology not only points out some historic faults of main current historic determinism themselves, but also makes anthropological cultural idea cohere with historic process concept.
