Abstract

The definition of in some philosophy textbooks is rather confusing.Consequently,some students have such a question as Is it an absolute truth that there is no absolute truth? The problem lies in the fact that is used in two senses: the absolute nature of truth and truth.The authors hold that absolute truth ≠ the absolute nature of truth,and recommends that be replaced by ultimate truth.
