Influential Factor of Cloidorel Resistance

Clopidogrel has protective role in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Because clopidogrel inhibits the binding of adenosine diphosphate with platelet′s receptor.Several large clinical trials have shown that it can effectively reduce the risk of intra-arterial thrombosis.But unfortunately clopidogrel will not be beneficial to all patients.some patients have clopidogrel resistance phenomenon.For example,some patients can still occur the thrombosis events.Many factors in the pathogenesis of clopidogrel resistance play a role,such as:inadequate dose of clopidogrel,drugs reaction and gene polymorphism.In this article the influential factors of clopidogrel resistance were reviewed.
