Abstract
On the basis of the finite element theories, the FE model of a single span curved box girder bridge was built.According to the measured temperature values at a certain time, the temperature field and temperature distribution along the bridge at the same point could be calculated. So the transversal displacement, deflections and all thermal stress components curved diagrames of the bridge could be drawn by the thermal-structural coupled-field analysis of the general finite element analysis software ANSYS.Meanwhile, the mechanical behavior rules of the single span curved box girder bridge whose boundary conditions were changed at one end and at both two ends were analyzed in detail. And some conclusions were drawn of the mechanical behavior of the single span curved box girder bridge under solar temperature load.
