Study on Quality Standard for Heibu Ointment

Abstract

Objective To establish the quality standard of Heibu ointment. Method The contents of Galla Halepensis were determined by TLC, and Gallic Acid was determined by HPLC. Results In TLC, the spots were very clear and specific to identify Heibu ointment. The linear range of Gallic Acid was 0.1～1.1 μg. The quality standard of Heibu ointment was established. Conclusion The method can be used for quality control of Heibu ointment.
