Abstract

New rural construction of socialism is a major move to solve the way which China solve the problem of countryside,agriculture,farmer.It is a must to cultivate new farmers for new rural construction of socialism in order to meet the requirement of market economy development,which is the key to increase farmers' income and realize the well-off society and the sustainable development of new countryside.
