Abstract
A refractory copper-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore in China has the characteristics of close symbiosis, high content of secondary copper sulfide, making the separation of copper and zinc difficult.According to this characteristics, adopting the combination of T9 and ZnSO4 as the inhibitor of zinc and Z-80 with strong selection and good selectivity as collector of copper, selective flotation experiment of inhibiting zinc and flotating copper was conducted, realizing the separation of copper and zinc.Through closed-circuit experiment the copper concentrate with the grade of 30.08% and the recovery of 92.98% and the zinc concentrate with the grade of 52.85% and the recovery of 84.89% were obtained respectively. The separation index is satisfactory.
