To realize the higher level of social justice than that of capitalist countries is the essential requirement of new socialist society and the basic value of socialism.The social justice is an important feature of the socialism with Chinese characteristics,and is the fundamental aim and important principle that the socialism with Chinese characteristics must insist on.The fundamental socialist system is the basic guarantee for social justice,and in or- der to realize the social justice,we must insist on the basic socialist economic system with public ownership and distribution according to work as the main body,and must insist on the basic socialist political system of people's democracy.In the historical process of building a well-off society in an all-round way and constructing harmonious socialist society,to promote and realize social justice cannot get into the simple imagination and vague discussion. we must try to solve the problems that influence social justice based on the national reality and practice,and to es- tablish and improve the systems for social justice.
