Application of hygdrogel wound dressing in burns patients

Objective Using the Hygdrogel wound dressing to cure second burns in order to decrease the patients'pain and promote the wound healing.Methods Fortyfive patients with burn were used the Hygdrogel wound dressing;the control group was used SDAgZn,then to observe the patients'pain and the healing time.Results The treatment group obtained 95.5%(43/45) 0Ⅰdegree pain,while the control group obtained 17.3%(8/45) 0Ⅰdegree pain(P0.01).Compared with the control groups,the treatment group's wound healing time with superficial partial thickness burn was shortenedby 2.48 days,and the deep partial thickness burn was shortenedby 4.61 days.Conclusion Hygdrogel wound dressing is a burn dressing that can decrease the patients'pain.
